How to Get Certified

  • Be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®

  • Complete the one-day course, Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA

  • Complete two, one-hour Webinars (Making Adjustments, Counseling Clients Using Market Stats)

  • Submit your application, including payment of the one-time $179 application fee (After the initial application fee of $179 is paid, there are no annual certification dues (although you must maintain membership in NAR to use PSA).

 

BONUS! Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.
