Title V & Septic Systems
(MA: RE22RC13/NH: E047) Learn the history of Title V laws, current rules and regulations, and required inspections. Find out what to do when a system fails as well as the life expectancies of septic systems and cost related to repair and replacement.  Words like Tight Tank, Envirosystem Infiltrator, Fast  ystem, Baffles, and D boxes will be understood.

Due Diligence
(MA: RE97R15/NH: E1840) This two hour class is very important for all agents. All agents have a due diligence responsibility to both the client and customers as well as to their broker. This class will help the agents better understand their role as a real-estate agent and will give them the information they need to better help themselves, their clients, and their customers.

(MA: RE14R07/NH:E007)Learn the various house styles from 1620 to now! After this class, you will know how to identify the differences between Post Medieval, Georgian, Federal, Greek Revival, Victorians, and Moderns. This class is packed with samples of hundreds of details and styles. This class will help you be more knowledgeable for your buyers and can help jazz up your listings!
