Buyer Agency/Agency
(MA:  RE02R06/NH: E064) Learn the History of written relationship disclosure and the Establishment of Agency. Go over the duties that may be required of licensees, “OLD CAR”.  You’ll go over the definitions of Real Estate Broker,  Real Estate Salesman,  Agent, Principal, Client, Customer,  Vicarious Liability and more!  If you work with buyers, you should take this class.

Residential Rental - Landlord/Tenant Issues - Part 1
(MA: RE98R16/NH: E2197) This a fantastic class and should be a required class for all agents who are landlords, property managers, or sell any investment property including a 2 unit house. The student will learn what is required from a landlord and/or an agent renting apartments. You will learn how to screen tenants, what can and can not be asked. What to do about the lead paint laws, fair housing laws, radon, mold, asbestos, disclosure responsibilities, etc.

Residential Rental - Landlord/Tenant Issues - Part 2
(MA: RE99R16/NH: E2198) Students will understand exactly what happens once a landlord agrees to take on a tenant. Bookkeeping requirements and security deposit specifics are among the topics covered in this must-see lecture. The difference between a “tenant at will” contract, along with eviction process basics, are also discussed.
