Recognizes a NEAR REALTOR® who has contributed dedicated service to the REALTOR® Association, the community, and to his or her profession. Nominees will be judged on local, state, and national association activities; community service; business accomplishments; and REALTOR® spirit based on actual performance from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Recognizes a NEAR Affiliate Member who has made the greatest contribution to the Association and the community at large from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Candidates must have served on a NEAR Committee or Task Force during the award year and held Affiliate membership with NEAR for at least 2 years.
Recognizes a NEAR REALTOR® who has provided continuous service to the Association in various capacities over an extended period. The individual may or may not have served in a leadership capacity. Qualifications: membership in the Association for ten years or more, full-time real estate professional, high degree of real estate knowledge, service to the public in a professional manner, and has served in the Association in more than one area. This award may only be won once.
This award recognizes NEAR agents and brokers who, through their everyday actions, consistently demonstrate the ideals that embody the very meaning of the term “REALTOR®”. The ideal nominee is a real estate professional who supports other industry practitioners through actions, words and cooperation. Recipients are known for their strong professional ethics and a cooperative spirit. Honorees are often known and respected for their optimism, enthusiasm and integrity.
Recognizes a NEAR REALTOR® with outstanding community, civic, and charitable involvement in 2025. Please be sure to include the organization for which you are recognizing this group/individual as the winner will receive a $500 donation for that organization!
Honors a REALTOR® who demonstrates creativity and innovation in promotion and advertising by using social media platforms, apps and video to enhance both their marketing strategy as well as the perception of the overall REALTOR® brand. A cutting-edge website, cohesive branding and the focus on video creation sets them apart from the rest as does exposure on YouTube and multiple social media platforms.
